The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association (PHCC) is set to introduce an innovative initiative in 2026 named the Visionary Peer Groups, aimed at service and repair business owners across the plumbing and HVAC sectors. This program is designed to create a collaborative environment that enhances business operations and boosts profitability through peer support and expert guidance.

PHCC’s Visionary Peer Groups will bring together seasoned contractors and general managers, allowing them to exchange insights, share experiences, and problem-solve together. Meeting regularly in structured sessions led by experienced coaches, these groups will function similar to a personal “Board of Advisors” where members can openly discuss challenges they face and benefit from collective wisdom.

Each group will cap participation at fifteen members to ensure intimate discussions and personalized support. Monthly meetings will last between 1 to 1.5 hours via Zoom, fostering a convenient space for owners to report progress towards their goals, while gaining insights into best practices from fellow peers.
