Spanning over 237 square meters with eight rooms, the villa was completely reimagined from the ground up. Fitzgerald not only reconfigured the structural layout of the house but also excavated a substantial basement, adding to its functional space. By integrating concealed steel beams throughout, she opened the layout to create a fluid, open-concept environment that merges modern needs with traditional aesthetics.

For instance, the walls are painted in a soft cream hue known as 'File Under Pop Dream Cream', complementing the carefully selected furniture pieces. Notably, the dining chairs by &Tradition and the artistic floor lamp highlight a blend of sophistication and practicality, creating spaces that are both beautiful and livable.
